1:1 Coaching

My health coaching services are designed to provide both education + conversation surrounding your personal wellness journey. I offer strategy, support and accountability through your transition into a more balanced, healthy version of you. We will meet for one hour every week for the length of your program and after each session you will receive an outline of everything that we discussed in addition to action steps to work on between sessions, recipes, handouts and any other additional resources referenced during our time together.

Working together throughout your program will allow you time to develop, understand and implement long-lasting changes to your lifestyle.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to health and wellness, and it’s important to take each person’s lifestyle and bio-individuality into account when crafting a wellness plan.

I’m here to support and help you figure out what’s best for you as a unique individual.

What's Included?

 

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Done via Skype, phone call or in person depending on location and will be customized according to what you personally need. This can include guidance on nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, overcoming health issues, career, spirituality, personal development, mindset, relationships and more.

3 months of 1:1 private coaching

3 months of 1:1 coaching with 1 hour bi-weekly sessions. These include a personalized wellness plan, email support between sessions and more. Packages are ideal for an engaged client looking for more support and long term lifestyle changes.

24/7 support

You’ll have my support and guidance 24/7 in between weekly sessions. Limited number of clients taken each month.

OPTIONAL YOGA

In addition to your sessions, you’ll also have the opportunity to develop an asana, meditation and pranayama practice that will help support you in all other areas of the work we do together

Mind Body Wellness Coaching

1. Think of me as your personal trainer for your well-being that you can carry around in your back pocket.

I am here to guide and coach you through your transition into a more balanced, healthy version of you. We will work together as a team to identify your personal goals and create a custom designed roadmap to your success. Your goals are safe and achievable and even the smallest of changes can have a significant and positive impact on your health. 

2. Understanding what health means for you and your body.

If what you’ve tried hasn’t worked, it just means you haven’t tried what works. I work with clients one on one to address their specific health, wellness and lifestyle goals, taking a holistic approach to create lifelong, maintainable results. Every person is different, and every person deserves someone who will truly take the time and effort to focus on you as an individual.

3. Making the change for you.

I will help you reach your goals by making gradual, healthy and reasonable changes in your eating habits, stress management, and physical activity. This isn’t about going on another diet or starving yourself. You do not need to spend endless hours at the gym to gain confidence in yourself. I am here to guide and support you along the way. However, it is entirely up to you to make the changes happen.
