I created this program because I've been in your shoes ...

I understand what it's like to struggle with emotional eating and negative body image. I know what it's like to feel helpless. I was obsessed with the scale and controlling everything I put into my body. No matter how much I lost, it was never enough. I had to lose that "extra 10 pounds" in order to be confident in my own skin and love myself. I thought that if I just got even more healthy, aka skinny, then I would be worthy of love and belonging. It was the most lonely and exhausting experience.

So what changed? EVERYTHING. I decided that I was using way too much head space worrying about how much I weighed, how I looked and how others perceived me. Not only would I embrace a perfectly imperfect self; I would also help others do the same.

a little bit about amanda.

I am a certified health coach, registered yoga teacher, healthy foodie, wellness enthusiast, fitness lover and owner of Amanda Parry Mind Body Wellness, where I’ve dedicated my time to helping women find their version of wellness.

During my battle of chronic dieting and emotional eating, I began on a quest to finally master freedom, purpose and ease around food.

Through my coaching and online programs, I now work with women to transform and nourish their mind, body and spirit, so they have the energy and vibrant health necessary to finally build a better relationship to food and a healthy lifestyle they love and can sustain, with a newfound level of energy, confidence, self love, abundance and possibility.
