I’ve received so many wonderful questions about my Finding Food Freedom program and want to answer them all in one place for you.

What is Finding Food Freedom?

Finding Food Freedom is a 3-week journey for the woman who is looking to reset her mindset, habits and relationship with food and design a healthy lifestyle she LOVES and can sustain.

Every week has a new them, short trainings, resources, exercises and journal prompts so you get the step-by-step process, accountability and support you need to stay motivated, leave behind the start/stop approaches and relate to food in a healthier and happier way for the rest of your life.

I go into a lot of detail about the program, what it entails, what you can expect, and more here. If you haven’t checked it out yet, I’d recommend taking a few minutes to read all about the Finding Food Freedom Program before you dive into these next questions.

When does the program begin?

We start Monday, September 30.

The doors to join close end of the day on Friday, September 28.

Why should I join Finding Food Freedom?

Because if you're tired of jumping on and off diets, getting results for a few days or weeks until will power caves, calculating food at every meal, avoiding social settings, or spending time struggling through trial and error alone, just know that there is another way.

There is a way where healthy eating feels effortless and even fun. Where you can enjoy dessert and then move on with your life. Where food brings you joy but doesn’t compete with the rest of your life. Where you can have a healthy, balanced approach to healthy living every day. Where you can reach your health goals in a way that finally feels sustainable. Where you never have to start over another year because this is simply your life.

What is the length of commitment?

The number one thing I can say in regards to this question is that you will get out of the program what you put into it. I see this with every client I’ve worked with.

The program is 3 weeks long, and each week there is a specific theme with a different topic for each day. With that being said, it’s important to complete these topics and action steps in the order that you see them displayed in the modules. However, if you need more than one day to work through a video, I encourage you to take your time. For example, if you personally feel as though you need a few days to work through the action step for day three, take your time, but pick up on day four once you are ready.

With each day, there is an action step and journal prompt along with the audio lesson. I recommend setting aside about an hour each day to work through those. There may be days that you may really want to dig deep and allow more time to and there may be days that are a little lighter and you can devote less time to.

In addition to weekly modules, you have access to a private Facebook Group. This is where your Finding Food Freedom Community lives. Whenever you need support from your Finding Food Freedom tribe, do not hesitate to reach out to them! I have created this Facebook Group for anyone who goes through the Finding Food Freedom program. It is meant to be a supportive, positive, and uplifting community where all members can feel safe, heard, and loved. I will be in there every day, responding to all of your comments, answering any of your questions, and helping you through any struggles. So you can decide how much time you spend in the group, posting and interacting with the community.

You have access to this program indefinitely, however I strongly encourage you to try and finish the 21 days consecutively. That way you can feel like you’re completing the program with the other ladies who have enrolled at the same time.

What do past clients SAY ABOUT their program experience?

Here’s what some of my clients have shared when reflecting on their journey through working with me:

“Amanda really pushed me to find my "why" - why was this goal important, why did I want to make it happen, and so on. She also targeted our meetings and her help to making these goals happen in real-time, in a fun, relaxed way. For example, she provided me with a meal plan, with recipes, to help reach my goal of sticking to healthy eating and limiting my sugar cravings. She was there for every step along the way and I loved meeting with her to "check in" on my progress. The most significant change I’ve noticed since working with Amanda is I'm happy, just really truly happy - I come home and have time with my husband, I feel comfortable with myself in the mirror, and I celebrate the small wins I'm making moving forward.”

“Amanda's approach to nutrition is exactly what I’d been searching for: a healthy, balanced lifestyle that leaves room for real life. I was feeling stuck after a few big-life changes and she helped me get back on track, customizing her guidance to work with my lifestyle and schedule instead of trying to have me change those things. At the end of the program, I felt educated and empowered, and was able to figure out a routine and system that is still working for me, months later. I’d recommend Amanda to any one looking for a long-term, realistic approach to health — and solutions that will stick!”

”I had people begin to ask me what I was doing differently. My body changed, my skin began to glow, and I just felt better about myself. To say the least, I will never be the same after this program. I live by it. I preach it.”

“Before working together, I wanted to be sure it would be worth the money and I would actually make a change, since there are TONS of options for nutrition coaches and diet plans out there! After working together for four weeks, I now work with my cravings instead of trying to fight them. I no longer feel like the cravings have complete power over me. In addition, I feel better and more positive about myself. I no longer feel guilty or put myself down whenever I eat poorly. I incorporated more real, nutritious foods into my entire diet."

This program sounds just like what I need in my life, but I’m afraid it won’t work for me. How do I know it will?

Well, if this program sounds like what you’re needing, but you’re afraid, then you’re definitely in the right place.

You will get out of this program what you put in. So if you show up for yourself, if you do the work, if you commit your time, you will benefit, I promise. And, I am here to help you along the way for anything that comes up.

If you commit yourself to 3 weeks, surround by a community of women who are cheering you on, encouraging you and celebrating you every step of the way, and a coach who has been where you are at, and knows exactly what it takes to grow, then you will experience change.

I’m not sure I’m ready to put in the work. Is this the right time to do the program?

There is a difference between being ready for change and not knowing how to and not being ready to change. Both are okay places to be in.

If you are just not ready to commit, know that I have also had those moments where I was uncomfortable and also not ready to put in the work and make the change, and if that is where you’re at, then this program isn’t right for you, right now.

However, if you are ready to commit, but are just unsure of how to actually make the changes, then you’re in the right place. I will be there along the way, supporting you, coaching you and encouraging you to make it happen.

I don’t normally invest in myself like this.

I completely understand and hear you, but I also know that doing this deep work in our life will help you serve the people and community around you with even more impact.

I do this work because I want to empower you to go out and pay it forward. None of this is so that you can keep all the presence and joy and growth to yourself. It’s so that you can show up more fully in your life, for those you love and in your purpose.

Why did you created this program?

After struggling with binge eating and finding my way to a healthy and freeing relationship to food, I have a special place in my heart for helping other women do the same. Because I know how long I spent hoping every new quick fix was THE one, and how frustrated, disillusioned, and disappointed I felt in myself after each one inevitably failed. How many approaches distract people with new ways to calculate food or calories or carbs, when it’s our mindset and emotions too that truly make the difference. I know how much time and energy I gave to food. How uncomfortable I felt when the weight crept up week after week, when I should have been feeling confident, young and free.

And I know what a difference it made to finally get the hang of this, and the impact it made on every other part of my life. That I couldn’t even see until I got there. How much more energy I had. How much more mental freedom. How great it felt to be able to go out with friends and not mentally calculate the calories, but feel present and at ease in the moment. To enjoy a treat and then get on with my life without guilt, shame, or frustration. To feel like healthy living was finally a natural part of my life, instead of a switch I turned on or off. How much sooner I could have gotten there if there was a program like this, that combined real food with mindset, habits and lifestyle for busy women with modern, social, on-the-go lives.
