“Amanda really pushed me to find my "why" - why was this goal important, why did I want to make it happen, and so on. She also targeted our meetings and her help to making these goals happen in real-time, in a fun, relaxed way. For example, she provided me with a meal plan, with recipes, to help reach my goal of sticking to healthy eating and limiting my sugar cravings. She was there for every step along the way and I loved meeting with her to "check in" on my progress. The most significant change I’ve noticed since working with Amanda is I'm happy, just really truly happy - I come home and have time with my husband, I feel comfortable with myself in the mirror, and I celebrate the small wins I'm making moving forward.”
