- Practice in the comfort of your own home
- Arrive early to center yourself, just like in-studio
- Props are optional if you enjoy using them in your practice
- Freedom to play (or not play) your own playlist in your space
- Connect and chat with other yogis in the community

FREE - Tips are very much appreciated, though they are not required. Being self-employed as a Yoga Teacher and Health Coach, along with other small businesses, this massive shut down can impact those who rely on this as their main source of income.
