A workshop in setting the stage for creating a huge, courageous energy shift, where we'll talk about the nature of fear, what its purpose is, where it lives in our body and how we can work with it more effectively, then shift into a yoga practice where you’ll use breath and asana to access, comfort and support the parts of your body that are constricted by fear.

Amanda Parry, is a certified health coach, registered yoga teacher, healthy foodie, wellness enthusiast, fitness lover and the owner of Amanda Parry Mind Body Wellness, where she is dedicated to helping her clients find their version of wellness.

During her battle of chronic dieting and emotional eating, she began on a quest to finally master freedom, purpose and ease around food.

Through her coaching and online programs, she now works with women to transform and nourish their mind, body and spirit, so they have the energy and vibrant health necessary to finally build a better relationship to food and a healthy lifestyle they love and can sustain, with a newfound level of energy, confidence, self love, abundance and possibility.
